The BeCA Committee is elected each year, from resident members, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is usually conducted in early November.

Membership is open to all residents and landowners of the Bellvista, Bells Reach and Arbour Estates .
The constitution (Click on the link ) provides the guidelines for elections. The committee meets regularly to monitor issues relevant to the Bellvista Bells Reach and Arbour Communities.
BeCA provides a voice for our community with access to the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Councillors, Caloundra Airport, Government Departments and local Members of Parliament. BeCA also liaises with Stockland on issues effecting residents and the future development of Caloundra South, including roads and access points.
