Management Committee
The BeCA Committee is elected each year, from resident members, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is usually conducted in early November.

Membership is open to all residents and landowners of the Bellvista, Bells Reach and Arbour Estates .
The constitution (Click on the link ) provides the guidelines for elections. This committee meets monthly to monitor issues relevant to the Bellvista Bells Reach and Arbour Communities. BeCA provides a voice for our community with access to the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Councillors, Caloundra Airport, Government Departments and local Members of Parliament.
BeCA also liaises with Stockland on issues effecting residents and the future development of Caloundra South, including roads and access point

I have been a resident of Bells Reach since 2015. Married with 4 grown up children, I am a retired banker and I have keen interest in community matters.
Christine Stewart , Secretary
I have lived in Caloundra for 57 years and seen lots of changes. Married and have a fur baby. I own a restaurant with my husband in Caloundra. My interests are local and family history, being involved with the Caloundra Business Alliance and Caloundra Family History Research Inc.
Paul Monaghan, Treasurer
Paul and Bianca moved to Bells Reach in 2020. After working in Adelaide, it was time to head back to Queensland and settle on the coast. The attractions and amenities of the local area are great. We have found a wonderful community.

I have lived in Bellvista for the past 12 years & love this area with all the flat walking paths & our beautiful pond. Its So close to the beaches and everything one would want. My interest are tennis, walking & going to the gym. If I'm happy to help in anyway I can.

G'day everyone! I'm Karen, and I’ve been an owner/resident of Bellvista since 2005. I share my home with my Burmese cat and my adult son. I enjoy spending time in my garden, at the beach or creating content for my YouTube channel.

I grew up in Innisfail moved to Sydney at fifteen and joined Australia Post where I stayed for 37 year designing Mail and Parcels Centre’s. Married and have two children wife and I moved to Caloundra in 2019 to retire. Currently volunteering at the Queensland Air Museum. Enjoy soccer and watching Motor sports.
