Bellvista and Bells Reach
Community Association (BeCA)

Management Committee
Your Bellvista and Bells Reach Community Association Committee

The BeCA Committee is elected each year at the Annual general Meeting usually conducted in November. Membership is open to all residents and landowners of the Bellvista, Bells Reach Estates and Arbour. The Constitution provides the guidelines for elections.

Currently these residents and land owners make up the Bellvista and Bells Reach Community Association Management Committee.

This committee meets regularly to monitor issues relevant to the Bellvista Bells Reach and Arbour Communities. BeCA provides a voice for our community with access to the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Councillors and local Members of Parliament.
