Your Bellvista and Bells Reach Community Association Committee
The BeCA Committee is elected each year at the Annual general Meeting usually conducted in September. Membership is open to all residents and landowners of the Bellvista and Bells reach Estates. The Constitution (Click on the link ) provides the guidelines for elections.
Currently these residents and land owners make up the Bellvista and Bells Reach Community Association Management Committee.
This committee meets monthly to monitor issues relevant to the Bellvista and Bells Reach Communities. BeCA provides a voice for our community with access to the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Councillors and local Members of Parliament.
BeCA liaises with the developer Stockland on issues effecting residents and the future development of Caloundra South.
BeCA has the power to create Sub-Committees to address various issues effecting the residents and landowners of the Bellvista and Bells Reach estates. Sub Committee membership is open to any landowner or resident. More information on Sub-Committees can be found here.
BeCA is not in a financial position to be able to provide Public Liability Insurance at this stage.
