Workplace Health & Safety have stepped in to limit heavy construction vehicles using the new “Haul” road. Currently the new road is only available for incoming trucks and their loads to allow drivers to become familiar with the conditions.
This will explain why some heavy trucks can still be seen using Bellvista Blvd. Empty trucks are exiting the Bells Reach site via Bellvista Blvd.
BeCA has been informed that all trucks whether entering or leaving the Bells Reach Worksite will be using the “Haul” road beginning Monday November 7th.
A reminder too that BeCA’s final “Public Meeting” for 2011 will be conducted on Monday November 7th in the former Land Sales Office at the main park beside the lakes. It looks like being a bumper meeting with Cr Grosskreutz in attendance.
BeCA has invited Division 1 candidates for the March 2012 Council Elections to make a presentation at this meeting. So far BeCA has had four acceptances to attend.
Finally Stockland will provide an update on the Bells Reach development and will be available answer questions from Bellvista residents.
The Public Meeting is due to get underway at 6:45 pm.
