The 2019 BeCA Management Committee Elections will be completed at the Annual General Meeting set down for Monday November 5th, 6:45pm at Bellvista Meeting Place. This will be BeCA’s final Public Meeting for 2018.
Nominations should be made on the nomination form (Click Here). Note if you wish to nominate for more than 1 position, you should complete a separate nomination for each position.
For 2019, the BeCA Management Committee will be made up of President, Secretary, Treasurer and at least 5 but no more than 7 Management Committee Members.
Completed nomination forms should be lodged with the Secretary (use firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange to drop off your completed nomination) or drop it off at the office of “The Positive Property People”, Bellvista Market Place before 4pm October 22nd.
Any vacancies existing after the October 22nd deadline can be filled from the floor of the AGM on November 5th. Where there are two or more nominations for President, Secretary or Treasurer, or more than 7 nominations for Management Committee Members, these elections will be completed at the November BeCA Public Meeting, Monday November 5th, 6:45pm at Bellvista Meeting Place.
