The ‘mowing cycle’ has recommenced. The park beside Cougal Circuit has been mowed and the pathway edges have been tidied up as well. This area is beginning to look quite good again after several mows. More mowing should occur across the estate in the next week or so.
The photo below left shows weed poisoning has occurred and it is beginning to take effect. Poisoning of weeds has also occurred on the pathway and garden on the south west side of the lower lake.
The photo below right was taken this morning and shows work is well underway at the site of the new Bellvista Tavern. Promised information and pictures have still not arrived from the Pratt Property Group.
The next BeCA Meeting is a Public Meeting and all residents, landowners and Bellvista business owners are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at 6:45 pm in the Land Sales Office on Monday March 7th.
There will be a presentation from the Sunshine Coast Regional Council (SCRC) Emergency Management team. The presentation will outline SCRC’s emergency plan and its effect on the Bellvista estate.
