As a matter of courtesy, BeCA contacted Stockland to tell them of the graffiti at the Bellcarra Place/Bellvista Blvd roundabout and that steps were being taken with Council to have it removed. Because of Council’s workload, this could take a few days to complete. However the matter was in hand.
Stockland had constructed the roundabout when upgrading Bellvista Blvd as a condition it required to build a further stage at Bells Reach.
Stockland searched into its paint reserves and found some of the paint left over from the roundabout’s construction. This morning (Tuesday) a Stockland team headed up to the roundabout with paint and brushes in hand and removed the offensive graffiti. BeCA contacted Council to tell them the situation with the graffiti had been resolved.
On behalf of all residents Stockland, thanks for doing that!
And BeCA has received notification from Stockland that the depressed NBN concrete covers in the middle of the footpath near the entry to the Arbour Estate have been repaired!
