At the recent Public Meeting, a resident mentioned the condition of the tennis court net situated at the courts near the Land Sales Office. The post holding the net had moved and the net was sagging. The resident took it upon herself to contact SCRC via a Service Request through their website. In due course an answer was received saying the tennis court was actually the property of Stockland. BeCA enjoys a wonderful relationship with Stockland so we alerted them to the problem. Yesterday an email was received saying the net posts would be repaired. Thanks Stockland. The post holding the net looks wonky in this photo. It is expected residents will treat this excellent facility appropriately to ensure this sort of damage doesn’t happen again and the courts are kept in great condition for all to enjoy.
There was a cement pour at the site of the Bellvista Shopping Village this morning. It is good to see things moving along.

It is becoming evident that a major influence on any decision making will lean heavily on the number of official complaints lodged at the (07) 5453 1501 Airport Complaints phone number. Residents with Airport Noise concerns should ring this number and add a formal complaint.
