The tennis court, the old Land Sales Office, the carpark and a strip of the park on the southern side of the carpark still remains the property of Stockland.
Stockland also own the piece of land at the end of Lindesay St between it and Bellvista Blvd. Currently the land is required in conjunction with the East West runway of Caloundra Airport. If the airport were to be relocated, that land would be available to be subdivided.
The tennis court fence has suffered from over use, normal wear and tear and some inappropriate use and and as result several holes have appeared. However the area is an extremely popular one with residents and is in regular use both by day and by night.
Bellvista is indeed fortunate to have such a facility available to all at no cost to the residents.
The photos show just two of the larger holes in the fence, there are others which require attention as well.

BeCA was recently approached by one of the Caloundra Newspapers which wanted to do an article on the future of the old Land Sales Office. BeCA referred them to the post (Click HERE) which has all the information from the Bellvista community perspective. Keep your eyes open for the article in the next week or so.
