Early next week, all residents in Bells Reach and Bellvista will receive a survey form and a reply paid envelope in their mailbox. The survey is from Stockland and the information gained from the survey will assist in the future planning of housing estates. It is a lengthy survey of around 14 pages. Completing and returning the survey is voluntary for all residents.
This is a great opportunity for you to provide feedback on the things you like about our estate and other areas where you feel the developer could do better.
The survey (download a copy HERE) is a lengthy one and is to be returned to Colmar Brunton, the company employed by Stockland to carry out the survey. This can be done either via the reply paid envelope or by dropping the completed survey into the Bells Reach Land Sales Office.
As a further incentive there will be prizes for some some lucky returnees. BeCA has been requested by Stockland to promote the survey and it too will receive a donation if a reasonable return rate is achieved.
With this in mind, BeCA urges all residents to return the survey ASAP.
And Chopperline have informed us there will be a couple of helicopters doing circuits next week and residents will notice an increase in helicopter activity over the estate compared to the very limited flights we have experienced over the last day or so. Night training depends purely on the weather – smoke from bushfires in particular.
