There were plenty of rumours around regarding the ‘original’ pair of swans we had, none of which could be confirmed. It appears something happened to one of the pair and the other one left, only to return for a short spell from time to time.
So who these two swans are remains a mystery. But it is great to have some black swans back on our lakes. Click on the photo for a larger view.
You would have received a survey from Stockland yesterday seeking feedback on the views of residents both at Bellvista and the 6 homes now occupied at Bells Reach.
BeCA will be promoting that you complete your survey and send it in using the reply paid envelope (or drop it off at the Bells Reach Land Sales Office). If 20% or more are returned, as thanks for its part in promoting the survey, BeCA would receive a $500 donation.
So let’s get those surveys back in and help boost BeCA’s funds.
Other local Community Associations may ask their members for a $10 per annum subscription to cover annual expenses. Membership of BeCA is free to all Bellvista and Bells Reach residents so opportunities for us to raise some funds are very welcome. BeCA’s only annual income is from advertising in the Bellvista Connector.
