Despite several approaches to the Pratt Property Group, BeCA is unable to confirm any news on the extremely dangerous faded road line marking outside Bellvista Market Place. This website and the BeCA President have both endeavoured to contact the Pratt Property Group but still have not had a reply.
Until this potentially dangerous situation is remedied, we urge all residents to be extremely careful when entering or leaving the Bellvista Market Place Shopping Centre.
Usually BeCA enjoys close ties with the estate’s developer Stockland and the Sunshine Coast Regional Council.
Regretfully recently BeCA has found it extremely difficult to get some responses from the Pratt Property Group.
We were promised an information package regarding the Bellvista Tavern Development and despite reminders being sent to them we haven’t received any response.
Cr Grosskreutz pointed out at the last BeCA Public meeting that the line marking outside Bellvista Market Place was the developer’s responsibility as a part of the overall agreement between the developer and SCRC.

Residents are advised to use extreme caution in or when entering or leaving the Bellvista Market Place carpark.
BeCA has requested rubbish bins be placed at the two major school bus pick up points on the estate. A bin was installed today at one of those school bus pickup points in Lomond Cres. Thanks SCRC for your prompt response to this request.
