The SCRC crew continue to prune and tidy up the park area to the north of the top lake. Mulch was spread recently in an effort to keep the perennial weed problem under some sort of control. Wednesday has been allocated the street tree pruning day until at least sometime in September.
Several areas in the older sections of the estate have had trees pruned and BeCA expects the whole estate to done progressively over the next 6 weeks or so.
The median strip in Balmoral Blvd was being seen to today.

The lawn mowing contractor will be back on the estate next week to give all parks a mow.
Don’t forget the BeCA AGM on Monday August 6th (this upcoming Monday) at 6:45 pm at the Old Land Sales Office, Lomond Cres (just near the tennis court).
All residents and workers/business owners in the Bellvista estate are welcome. It is a public meeting and therefore open to everyone, however only Bellvista residents, landowners, Bellvista business owners and workers in a business located on the Bellvista Estate may vote. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in the discussion.
Scott Armstrong from the Bellvista Tavern has a proposal on Tavern opening hours to put to residents at the BeCA Annual General Meeting, Stockland wish to discuss developments at Bells Reach and Caloundra South. The estate’s new entry/exit proposals may receive some attention as well. Rick Baberowski, the new Division One Councillor, will be present and will be addressing the meeting.
