The first edition of the BeCA Newsletter “The Connector” for 2014 has been printed and is available to download HERE. It is a 865kb pdf file.
Volunteer deliverers are collecting their copies over the next few days and preparing to deliver them to all homes in Bellvista and Bells Reach.
A copy has been placed on the Public Notice Board at Bellvista Market Place. The notice board is in the passage way which takes people to the underground carpark.
The new BeCA sandwich board will be on display on Monday when we begin to advertise our first Public Meeting for 2014. The meeting is being held in the “Old Land Sales Office”, near the tennis court in Lomond Cres on March 3rd beginning at 6:45pm. Guest speakers include the S.C. Airport General Manager Peter Pallot, S.C. Airport Management Team member Jason Rainbird and Councillor Rick Baberowski.
The main purpose of this Public Meeting is to enable residents unable to attend the recent Helicopter Noise Forum conducted by Mark McArdle to have a say. We hope to learn of any update of news regarding a possible site for a Satellite Helicopter Training Facility which Mark McArdle announced at the recent Public Forum.
