News Updates

By BeCA Administration Dated : 20-06-2016

phto2 (Medium)When the new sewerage pipes have all been laid along Bellvista Blvd and are ready for connection into the new Aura estate, Stockland plan to complete a bike pathway link during the work site’s rehabilitation.  The pathway extension will link Bells Reach and the pathway which connects with behind Bunnings.

The new playground in Bells Reach is now only a couple of weeks away and should be open around July 6th.  It will be predominantly a games area with trampoline, half court basketball court, goal shooting and other games focused activities.  There will not be a BBQ area at this park.

Eventually a ‘veloway’ is to be constructed along the eastern side of the Bellvista Blvd extension.  A veloway is a specially constructed bike path and footpath all totally separate from any road.  It is an area where bike riders and pedestrians will each have their own pathways to use.

Veloways will be an important focus of the new Aura development.

The Bells Creek Arterial continues to plan with a completion date expected before the end of 2016.  This will provide Bells Reach and Bellvista residents with the long awaited second entry/exit to the estates.  November has been tipped as a probable completion date if all goes according to plan and bad weather doesn’t interrupt construction.  No home can be occupied in Aura until this important piece of infra structure has been completed.

Sales continue to be strong in Aura and the final land release in Bells Reach/Arbour will be available very shortly.  When the final Bells reach release has been sold out, this will signal the end of the construction of Bellvista and Bells Reach.
