The ULDA is expected to sign the approval for Bellvista II at any moment. BeCA understands the document is sitting on the minister’s table.
Thanks to Keith Eglen for following up and dealing with a resident’s concern over low flying fixed-wing aircraft. The inappropriate behaviour was observed last Wednesday.
Bellvista had over an inch of rain overnight Sunday.
New street signs have been installed especially at the Dumbarton Drive/Bellvista Blvd. BeCA has been told more “To Caloundra” signs are still to be installed. The new signs are of limited help to visitors to find the shops and then find their way back to Caloundra Rd.
BeCA has reminded Cr Grosskreutz of the need to ‘close’ the old and dangerous crossing point at the foot of the hill on Bellvista Blvd.
