The ‘Care For Our Wildlife’ sign has been moved to Bellvista Blvd so it can now be seen by all traffic entering the estate. Perhaps it would have been better at the head of the median strip near the “Keep Left” sign as you enter the Bellvista Blvd and Dumbarton Drive roundabout.
There is another traffic sign which has just appeared near the wildlife sign which is currently ‘covered’. Perhaps there is to be a modification to the speed limit on the estate?
New road lines have been painted on Bellvista Blvd.

BeCA has been contacted by Councillor Grosskreutz seeking feedback on the design of the new toilet block for the main park right near the tennis court. The new toilets could look like this block which was recently built at Shelley Beach. The proposed Bellvista toilet block would be one cubicle smaller than the block pictured. The Bellvista block would consist of one Disabled Toilet cubicle, 2 unisex cubicles and 2 urinals.
Anything will be an improvement on the current situation. Contact our Secretary HERE if you have any input.
