Telstra ADSL customers have begun to receive phone calls today regarding their upgrade from ADSL to the NBN. Telstra customers are being invited to a one on one meeting at the Caloundra Telstra Shop where the process is discussed to ensure the upgrade goes through smoothly.
BeCA is unaware of how the other telcos will go through the upgrade with their customers.
Some Bellvista locals have horrific tales to tell of recent days without any internet service at all, seemingly for no reason. Not only has it affected residential customers, but business customers at Bellvista Market Place have suffered as well.
With the beginning of the upgrade to NBN hopefully those days will be a thing of the past!
Finally Bellvista residents will have an internet service available something like the residents of Bells Reach and Arbour. However stories abound of poor NBN service received by some residents in those areas.
