Some tenants will be opening in the new Bellvista Market Place Shopping Centre from as early as November 1st. However the IGA has special power requirements (backup for possible power failure to preserve food etc) and these additional service requirements mean it won’t open until December 6th.
The tenant who was going to open a Newsagency has been forced to withdraw and newspapers magazines etc will now be available from the IGA when it opens. The Medical Centre is expected to open on Nov 1st.
The current list of shops includes ‘Hairy Haircuts’ (Hairdressing Salon), Dr. Regina Furlong (Bellvista Family Medical Practice) and her husband Ross who is the Practice Manager, ‘Kimon Ioannidis – Pharmacy’ (he operates a range of local pharmacies throughout the Sunshine Coast), Bakery/Cafe owned by Brent and Tanya Duncombe and ‘Day Spa’ owned and operated by Peta Hyde. A list of opening dates will be available here on the website as they become available.
The photo was taken this morning. A larger view can be seen HERE.
There are 2 remaining vacant tenancies to fill and the Pratt Property Group is working with a range of interested parties to fill these tenancies with community support businesses.
It’s all happening!
