Signage has been a long time problem for shop owners and the Tavern at Bellvista Market Place. SCRC makes it extremely difficult for any signage to advertise the wares available from the Bellvista Market Place.
BeCA has tried several time to have signs erected directing traffic to and from the Bellvista Market Place. Each time we receive the reason, extra signage would go to confuse drivers rather than make it easier for them.
So Luke’s IGA and Bellvista Tavern have adopted a different line of attack. They have had a bus painted advertising their establishments. This bus will be doing the rounds and taking the message to the local public in Pelican Waters, Caloundra and Little Mountain.
The photo to the left above shows the ‘rear’ of the bus while the two photos below show either side.

Don’t forget our AGM on Monday August 6th at 6:45 pm at the old “Land Sales Office” just near the tennis courts at the main park. Stockland will be providing an update on the Bells Reach and Caloundra South developments and Scott Armstrong from the Bellvista Tavern has a proposal to put to residents regarding the Tavern.
You can also meet Rick Baberowski, our new Councillor.
All residents are welcome to attend as well as business owners and workers from the Bellvista Estate.
We need a great turn up to welcome these people and to ensure an effective forum for any new proposals.
