The BeCA Facebook page has received several comments regarding potholes around the estate. Ideally, residents should be lodging a Sunshine Coast Service Request HERE or via the link on the website’s Handy Links tab.
However making a request can be a little tedious with several steps to follow.
An easier and quicker way is to set up a Sunshine Coast Council “My Council” account. This may take a few minutes to setup but once done once further service requests for things such as pothole repairs are very easy.
Set up your My Council account HERE.
Once you have set up a “My Council” account on your PC or device, making a Service Request is quick and easy.
On your my Council page, click on “My Council Services”.
Under “Customer Requests” click on “Submit A Service Request” and the service you require.
In the case of pothole repair, click on “Road Surface Repair” and fill out a short request for the repair of that annoying pothole that seems to have been there for some time.
Easy isn’t it?
