For years walkers had to cross 50 metres or so of wet grass to get to the bus stop at the corner of Maroon Crt and O’Reilly Drive. On especially wet days students were forced to walk on the road to get to the bus stop and to the footpath further on at Huntley Place.

Cr Baberowski’s ‘Discretionary Fund” was the source of the finance to complete a section of pathway. A further extension to Huntley Place may be possible in the future as more funds become available.
Cr Baberowski wishes to preserve some funds in his budget to ensure the new Community Meeting Place is properly fitted out prior to it becoming available for public use in September.
LGM, the Council’s grass mowing sub-contractors, have again descended on the estate so most parks are again looking their best.
The next edition of “The Connector” is almost ready for the printer and should be available for delivery to all Bellvista and Bells Reach homes sometime in the near future.
