1/ A service request regarding road signage around the Bellvista Estate has been lodged by Councillor Grosskreutz’s Office with the SCRC Traffic Department. They will investigate the signage that BeCA are requesting and respond back to us directly.
2/ Anna’s office will follow up the request regarding the ‘missing footpath’ in O’Reilly Drive with a planning works co-ordinator, and ask that he costs the missing footpath link, and include it in the future capital works program for consideration. Depending upon the cost involved Cr Anna may even wish to fund it from her small emergency works budget. BeCA will be informed of any outcome.
3/ Stockland has committed to a presentation at the BeCA Annual General Meeting at 6:45 pm in the Land Sales Office on August 1st. They will be conducting a preliminary preparation meeting with members of the BeCA Management Committee to ensure all Bellvista relevant issues will be covered prior to the AGM presentation. Stockland have also invited a representative of the Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA) to attend the BeCA AGM. We are awaiting a response to the invitation.
Do you have a particular relevant concern you wish to see addressed via the Stockland Presentation at the AGM? Email the BeCA website here to have your relevant issue included in Stockland’s AGM presentation.
