Local Member of Parliament, Mark McArdle is conducting a public forum in February to discuss resident concerns relating to helicopter training flyovers at Caloundra Aerodrome.
Many Bellvista and Bells Reach residents have complained that there has been a major increase in flights recently, particularly on Sunday Mornings
Mark McArdle is inviting residents and key authorities, including Sunshine Coast Council and Caloundra Aerodrome Operators to have their say and hopefully reach a resolution or steps towards one where both residents and operators can co-exist.
The forum will be held at the CCSA Hall, 1 Nutley St Caloundra on Friday 7th February from 10 am – noon.
This time may not suit many working Bellvista residents.
The Bellvista Community Association is hopeful Mr MCArdle will accept written concerns from residents unable to attend the forum. If you wish to voice a concern please email your BeCA Secretary at email@example.com or use the email link below.
Residents are encouraged to voice their concerns to all relevant authorities via email:
Becker Helicopters: firstname.lastname@example.org
Councillor Rick Baberowski: email@example.com
Sunshine Coast Airport: firstname.lastname@example.org and request your email be listed as a ‘complaint’.
Local MP, Mark McArdle: email@example.com
Each and every email or phone complaint helps!
