BeCA will conduct its final Public Meeting for 2019 on Monday November 4th, 6:45pm, Bellvista Meeting Place and everyone is invited to attend.
As it is BeCA’s Annual General Meeting as well, there will be some formalities to attend to but these should be kept to a minimum.
There will be an opportunity for all to welcome the 2020 BeCA Management Committee, to have reports tabled and to confirm the Annual Financial Report.
As a special guest we will welcome local State Government member Mark McArdle to provide a presentation. Mark has supported BeCA admirably during the current year and kept many issues affecting our residents to the forefront. In particular he arranged along with local resident Dave Thomson a petition to protest the bus stop closures and a Public Forum to discuss the issue along with other school bus issues.
BeCA sincerely thanks Mark and his Office for allowing us to use their facilities to print 2,500 copies of “The Connector” newsletter which is produced 6 times per year.
We also plan to have representatives from Council who have a crucial role in the administration of the Caloundra Aerodrome and the issues surrounding it. We expect to hear plans they have to address resident concerns and the concerns of many local businesses dependent on the aerodrome.
As usual Senior Constable Peter and local Councillor Rick Baberowski will provide reports on issues affecting our estates.
With great thanks to the people at local Real estate Agency, the Positive Property People some refreshments and nibbles will be available after the meeting for evryone to enjoy.
Let’s make it a bumper night with as many residents and friends as possible getting along to the night!
Don’t forget, Monday November 4th, 6:45pm, Bellvista Meeting Place and everyone is invited to attend.
