BeCA has been handed a ‘hard copy’ of the Master Plan for Caloundra South by Stockland. The document is available online for anyone to view. The Master Plan is another step in the planning for Caloundra South.
The state (ULDA) development scheme has been finalised by the ULDA (October 2011) allowing Stockland to lodge a whole of site plan for Caloundra South. Public review and comment is a statutory requirement and this is expected to take place early this year. This document is an overview of what Stockland now proposes for Caloundra South.
These guidelines and plans now need to be considered by the ULDA. They are freely available to the public HERE for download. The sketch above is taken from this download: CaloundraSouthMasterPlan_Part1.pdf and is available from the link above.
The sketch shows the nearest ‘Neighbourhood” centre to our estate. The small neighbourhood centre includes a small shopping complex and a school. Click on all sketches for a larger view.
The sketch below shows the major sporting facilities which are planned for the precinct. The Bellvista Development can be just seen in the top right of the sketch below. This sketch was taken from the “Open Spaces Strategy” on page 2 of the pdf downloads.
BeCA encourages residents to visit the link above at their own leisure and peruse the documents.
