It has been reported on the BeCA Facebook page that several planes approached Caloundra Aerodrome last evening (Sunday) flying at what appeared to be a height less than that suggested by the Fly Neighbourly Agreement. Note the Fly Neighbourly Agreement refers to local aircraft only.

There is an Airport Forum Meeting set down for early March and it is crucial that whatever your BeCA Reps report at this meeting is supported by numerous emails voicing everyday residents concerns. There appears to be a fixation by Sunshine Coast Airport representatives on complaint numbers so the greater the numbers of complaints there are, the more attention is paid to BeCA representative’s concerns.
