BeCA has sought an update via Pratt Property on a possible opening date for a newly renovated Bellvista Tavern. Our email has been passed on to the new owner requesting an update. Pratt Property has indicated there is ‘high community interest’ in the reopening and hoped the the new owner/management could provide BeCA with any details of a new opening.

In the meantime Moffat Beach Brewing Co is now in full production with the new facility on Caloundra Rd now open for business. Moffat Beach Brewery produces its own craft beers and the new venue allows customers to sit and try their products. At this stage there is a pizza menu available as well.

There are bar stools and numerous full tables to accommodate customers. A large TV with a Foxtel sport subscription is available for the enjoyment of customers.

It is quite close to Bellvista/Bells Reach/Arbour but a ride home via Uber is recommended. Craft beers are usually more expensive than the regular across the bar varieties. The brewery is situated diagonally across Caloundra Rd from Bunnings and possibly a little beyond a normal walking distance.

BeCA hopes it will be able to provide any news on a reopening of the Bellvista Tavern in due course. In the meantime, a visit to Moffat Beach Brewing Co may be in order.
