Meanwhile heavy machinery is onsite as the former Land Sales Office site is redeveloped. The plan below gives a view to what is envisaged at the site.
There will be 10 Terrace Homes, several SOHO lots, a retail development site and a new Cafe. From what BeCA has learnt, construction of the terrace houses, the SOHO lots and Cafe will commence in October. The new cafe will open sometime in January and the new retail site is expected to open mid 2018. There are some interesting opportunities available with the SOHO sites, the retail site and a possible new Cafe all in the plans.
The installation of a permanent Toilet Block in Quinn Park should occur in the very near future.
