BeCA has its April Management Committee Meeting on Monday evening, April 7th.
The meeting will focus predominately on updates to a range of issues being pursued by the association on behalf of the residents of Bellvista and Bells Reach.
These issues include not only the issue of repetitive helicopter circuits above the estates and possible outcomes but also on a variety of other items.
These include the missing footpath on O’Reilly Drive, recent concerns on trail bikes in the forest area to the north of the estate, an update of the Bellvista Meeting Place proposal, and contingency plans in case the old Land Sales Office becomes unavailable for Public Meetings owing to refurbishment. BeCA may be meeting with CalSafe for dialogue over repetitive aircraft circuits and resident safety concerns.
BeCA continues to pursue a shade sail over all the playground equipment in the Rawson st Playground, to monitor the condition of Bellvista Blvd, to provide impetus to create a foot link between Little Mountain and Bellvista via a pathway and foot bridge at Ghostgum Place and also to ensuring all bus stop seats are covered.
There will be reports on the operation of the Website, The Newsletter, Landscaping Issues and from the Treasurer.
A report on the Management Committee Meeting should be available on this website early next week.
