Stockland celebrated the official Aura Display Village launch with a huge open house at the Baringa Land Sales Office and Home Display Centre on Saturday July 22nd. The vacant area to the west of the new Sales Office was used as a makeshift carpark and was packed with visitor’s cars. The area was buzzing with open houses, playgrounds, hand painting, balloons and other freebies as families enjoyed a night out in the crisp wintry air.
Many food stalls were carefully and strategically spread across the whole display area with a variety of meals to be purchased and enjoyed at numerous sit down areas.
Performers were scattered across the venue with musicians, thumping drums, light shows and art displays to be enjoyed by all.
The photo above was taken early in the evening and crowds grew progressively as dusk turned into night and more and more families arrived.
Display home builders were kept busy with all homes being open for inspection with sales people on hand to assist with enquiries and distribute house plans.
The new playground at the Baringa Sales Centre was a popular spot for many young families.
BeCA suggests Stockland would have been delighted with the evening and the numbers in attendance.
