The Football Club will be launching the Walking Football initiative. Walking Football is low impact and ideal for those who are unable to play the game in it’s traditional format.

· Improves blood pressure and blood sugar levels
· Improves balance and strength
· Provides an opportunity to socialize through participation in sport
Along with all of these great health benefits, walking football is social and FUN! The program will kick off in the next few weeks on a Friday afternoon.
Baringa Football Club will be running a come and try at on Friday 27th March at 4pm. Normally they would be looking at running this a bit later, around 5pm, but Win News is running a story on this and they need to fit in with Win News’ needs.
The plan is to have a sausage sizzle and the organizers will be seeking support from local businesses.[embeddoc url=”http://bellvista.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Walking-Football_compressed.pdf” download=”all”]
