Work is continuing on patching and resurfacing Balmoral Blvd. This is a programmed maintenance project and was flagged to BeCA some months ago when we were making inquiries relating to Bellvista Blvd.
The patching should be completed today.
The work is not causing too much of a disruption to traffic as there are numerous routes which can be used when this road is out of commission.

Don’t forget the BeCA AGM on Monday August 6th (this upcoming Monday) at 6:45 pm at the Old Land Sales Office, Lomond Cres (just near the tennis court).
All residents and workers/business owners in the Bellvista estate are welcome. It is a public meeting and therefore open to everyone, however only Bellvista residents, landowners, Bellvista business owners and workers in a business located on the Bellvista Estate may vote. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in the discussion.
There is no need for an election of Members to the 2012/13 Bellvista Community Association Management Committee as at the close of nominations the number of nominees equaled the number of vacancies.
Scott Armstrong from the Bellvista Tavern has a proposal on Tavern opening hours to put to residents at the BeCA Annual General Meeting, Stockland wish to discuss developments at Bells Reach and Caloundra South. The estate’s new entry/exit proposals may receive some attention as well. Rick Baberowski, the new Division One Councillor, will be present and will be addressing the meeting.
Work is progressing on the display village at Bells Reach as the photo below shows.

We look forward to a bumper crowd at the AGM.
