You can pick up a Nomination Form from the Positive Property People office at Bellvista Market Place or download one HERE.
To be eligible to nominate or be nominated you must be a resident, land owner or have business (or work for business) situated/based in Bells Reach or Bellvista.
Nominations should be in the hands of the Secretary (Click Here) or can be dropped off at the Positive Property People office by the prescribed closing time.
This is your chance to be involved and help promote for the best interests of all land owners and residents of Bellvista or Bells Reach.
If the number of nominations equals the number of vacancies, then those nominated will be declared elected at the closing of nominations. If there are insufficient nominations to fill the Management Committee those nominated will be declared elected and the remaining vacancies may be filled from nominations taken from the floor of the BeCA AGM.
If at 4 pm on October 19th there are more nominations than vacancies, an election will take place at the AGM on November 2nd.
The AGM is to be conducted at 6:45pm, Bellvista Meeting Place on November 2nd, following the monster display of various emergency services (including a free sausage sizzle) beginning at 5pm.
We thank Positive Property People for their financial support allowing BeCA to purchase the requirements for the Free Sausage Sizzle.
We expect to have Federal Member Mal Brough, State Member Mark McArdle, representatives from Stockland and our Councillor make presentations at this bumper final Public Meeting for 2015.
It is planned that any elections and the provision of any AGM Reports will take the minimum of time at this meeting.
