The next BeCA Public Meeting will be held at the Bellvista Meeting Place at 6 pm on Monday November 3rd.
Note the early start time at the request of the Mayor, Mark Jamieson.
All residents, property owners and/or people who are employed in the Bellvista/Bells Reach area are welcome to attend and are eligible to vote if required.
The meeting is a “Public” meeting and is open to everyone.
The meeting will also see the election of the new 2014/15 BeCA Management Committee. Nominations are being called for now and nomination forms should be duly completed, signed, seconded and in the hands of the Secretary by 4pm Monday October 20th, 14 days prior to the AGM or left at the “Positive Property People” Real Estate Office at Bellvista Market Place.

Usually nomination forms are also included in the Newsletter but because of recent difficulties in having the last edition printed, things are a little behind time and it may not be possible to have the October Connector in people’s homes well before October 20th. Nomination Forms may be downloaded from the BeCA Website or collected from the “Positive Property People” Real Estate Office, Bellvista Market Place.
If vacancies remain unfilled after October 20th, further nominations can be taken from the floor on November 3rd.
