The Bellvista Community Association (BeCA) is made up of a committee of enthusiastic community members first elected at a Public Meeting in November 2008. The Annual Meeting is now conducted in August or September of each year where the Committee is elected for the following 12 months. The BeCA Committee meets on the first Monday of each month to monitor events arising from the BeCA Public Meeting conducted quarterly.
